About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team at WALTER KLUXEN GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
