Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team at our store in Hamm a.d. Sieg. As a Sales Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring that products are displayed attractively
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
