About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Advisor / Customer Service Representative to join our team at TUI in Hamm.
• As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, helping them to plan and book their dream vacations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on various travel products and services, including package tours, scheduled flights, cruises, car rentals, and travel insurance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized travel solutions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Qualification in tourism, travel agency, hotel management, or a related field (e.g., tourism clerk, travel management clerk).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of common tourist information and reservation systems, as well as destination knowledge and geographical awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
