Team Assistant Property Management Coordinator

Our Property Management Team at MVGM is seeking a highly skilled Team Assistant Property Management Coordinator to join our team for 20 to 25 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Property Management Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage correspondence and communication with external service providers and tenants, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from tenants and service providers, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Initiate orders and quotes, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare and review protocols, reports, and presentations, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  • Review, pre-account, and process invoices, maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Create customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Maintain and ensure data quality of databases, handling invoices and orders with precision.
  • Coordinate appointments, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Completed commercial training or service-oriented training, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Experience in the assistant area and ideally knowledge of the real estate industry.
  • Strong MS-Office skills and experience with real estate management programs.
  • Fluent in German and good written and spoken English.
