Your Responsibilities

As a Client Success Specialist, your role will include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for our independent brokers, providing assistance in their daily engagements with real estate buyers and sellers.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients to our platform, which includes helping them establish their profiles and explaining the functionalities of the RealAdvisor platform.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to new client integration.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with clients to guarantee long-term success and contract renewals.
  • Providing basic technical and billing support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English; proficiency in Swiss-German is a plus.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to remain composed.
  • Outstanding organizational and self-management skills.
  • Familiarity with technology tools and a readiness to learn swiftly.
