Our Trainee ProgrammeOur 6-month trainee programme combines Consulting, Customer Success, and Support. You'll gain valuable experience and knowledge, starting your career as a trainee (m/f/d) in Consulting and Customer Success. After the programme, you'll continue in your home base, determined together in our first introductory meeting.
What You Can Expect- On-the-job training: Familiarisation with Consulting, Customer Success, and Support, developing necessary skills and knowledge.
- Consulting and advice: Support in analysing and optimising business processes for our customers in the housing industry.
- Customer Success: Ensuring customer satisfaction and success through continuous support and advice.
- Support: Processing and technical support, handling incoming customer enquiries.
- Outstanding projects: Taking personal responsibility for tasks in project assignments.
- Company culture: Working on an equal footing, informal culture with specialists and managers.
- Further development: Our mentorship and buddy programme offers opportunities for professional growth and continuous development.
- Completed vocational training, e.g. property management assistant (m/f/d), digitalisation management assistant, or bachelor's/master's degree in real estate, business administration (BWL), marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in internships, working student activities, or initial professional experience is desirable but not a must-have.
- Initial experience or in-depth knowledge of the housing industry is required.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanour.
- Openness towards variety, diversity, and intercultural cooperation.
- An open-minded mindset and enjoyment working with us to drive forward an agile and modern working environment.
- 30 days holiday and days off on 24 and 31 December.
