Your Role:
As a Senior Cloud Developer (f/m/d) specializing in Kubernetes, you will play a crucial role in our cloud development initiatives. This position is ideal for seasoned cloud developers and software engineers who are ready to advance their careers.
- Contribute to significant innovations within HANA Cloud, impacting numerous customer instances globally.
- Translate high-level use cases into comprehensive technical implementation strategies.
- Design and develop scalable, resilient services from initial concept through to operational deployment.
- Engage in technical discussions and architectural decision-making, shaping our feature offerings.
- Ensure operational continuity by developing resilient services, promoting automation, and participating in DevOps activities.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year focused on cloud-related projects.
- A degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- A commitment to personal growth and a passion for empowering others to achieve their potential.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, and the ability to thrive in an agile team environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Golang or Python preferred), experience with unit and integration testing frameworks, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Learning Opportunities:
Gain expertise in advanced Kubernetes techniques (e.g., operator pattern) and advanced resiliency patterns.
