Überblick

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Control Specialist, der sich auf die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Methoden und Prozessen für das Risikomanagement bei ING Deutschland spezialisiert hat.

Aufgaben
  • Regulatorische Anforderungen und Risiken identifizieren und bewerten, um sicherzustellen, dass ING Deutschland alle relevanten Vorschriften einhält.
  • Methoden und Prozesse entwickeln und umsetzen, um nicht-finanzielle Risiken zu managen und zu minimieren.
  • Eng mit den lokalen und globalen Kolleg*innen sowie mit den relevanten Schnittstellenfunktionen der Bank zusammenarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Anforderungen erfüllt werden.
  • Regelmäßige Kontrollevaluationen und Business Control-Aktivitäten planen und durchführen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Sicherheitsnetz immer up to date ist.
  • Die wichtigsten Informationen zur Risiko- und Kontrollsituation an die Entscheidungstragenden der Bank weitergeben und sicherstellen, dass alle Stakeholder informiert sind.
Qualifikationen
  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt bei einer Prüfungsgesellschaft, der Internen Revision im Non-Financial Risk Management oder der Compliancefunktion eines Finanzdienstleisters
  • Fundiertes und aktuelles Fachwissen zu den nationalen und internationalen bankregulatorischen Vorschriften sowie ein vertieftes Verständnis bzgl. bankspezifischer Prozesse und dem Management nicht-finanzieller Risiken
  • Idealerweise Praxis in der Leitung fachlicher Projekte sowie Erfahrung mit Konzernstrukturen bzw. in einem komplexen Umfeld
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Selbstständige und eigenmotivierte Arbeitsweise, fähig, Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen und verständlich weiterzugeben
  • Kommunikationsstark, analytisch und diplomatisch
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
