About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Scientific Account Manager. As a key member of our Dermatology Business Unit, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, including dermatologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including dermatologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide scientific and clinical expertise to customers, including product training and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of dermatology and translate this knowledge into sales strategies and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications in dermatology.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the dermatology community, including thought leaders and key opinion leaders.

Requirements:

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong scientific and clinical knowledge of dermatology, including product development and regulatory affairs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of business objectives and metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
