About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Search Engine Advertising Manager to join our team at Flaconi GmbH. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our search engine advertising strategy to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement search engine advertising campaigns across Google Ads to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective
  • Manage and optimize keyword research, ad copy, and landing page experiences to improve conversion rates and user experience
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in international search engine advertising with a focus on performance
  • Proven track record of managing Google Ads accounts to achieve ROI goals and meeting targets
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Fluent in English, with good knowledge of German a plus
