Mechanic Team Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanic Team Leader to join our team at Bilfinger. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of our industrial assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance, inspection, and repair activities for mechanical equipment and systems.
- Lead and manage a team of 4-8 technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor equipment condition and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on mechanical equipment.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team leading and mentoring.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
