About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) for Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik to join our team at Augusta Personaldienstleistungen GmbH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate injection molding machines
  • Develop and optimize injection molding processes and automation systems
  • Conduct quality control checks and document results
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and tools
  • Supervise and train team members
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and tooling departments
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection regulations
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) for Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik with a focus on injection molding
  • Desirable: several years of experience in the automotive supplier industry and proficiency in Demag Arburg and Krauss Maffei machines
  • Self-motivation, flexibility, engagement, responsibility, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
