YOUR ROLE - WHAT AWAITS YOU
Facilitating and Shaping – You are a key player in our company's success and guide our clients on the challenging journey of digital transformation in the realms of IoT, Big Data, AR, and AI towards the Industry 4.0 of tomorrow.
Your responsibilities include:
- In a holistic approach, you coordinate and lead complex digitalization and IT projects, supporting our clients on their path to digital transformation towards Industry 4.0.
- Assisting our clients in the preparation and initiation of projects, creating roadmaps and project plans, and monitoring project progress (time, cost, quality) until completion.
- Coordinating stakeholder and expectation management.
- You take charge of requirements management, lead workshops and meetings, and report directly to the top management of our clients as needed.
- Developing complex decision-making documents and advising our clients on digital transformation.
- In sub-projects, you may take on the role of project leader and assume responsibility.
YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed studies in industrial engineering, engineering, computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager or consultant, ideally in the field of manufacturing IT (e.g., MES or ERP).
- Knowledge of consulting methods (e.g., stakeholder analysis, GAP analysis, 6-3-5 method) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, MVP).
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 or IoT concepts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to shape outcomes, along with a confident and client-oriented demeanor.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel for project-related purposes within Germany.
