About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Transformation Consultant to join our team at beON consult. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for advising and supporting large enterprises in their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Consulting and Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to our clients in their digital transformation initiatives.
- Project Management: Lead and manage complex IT software projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of skilled software consultants, developers, and IT experts, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Process Optimization: Advise clients on developing and implementing IT process changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Oversee IT transformation projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery.
