Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Hamburg-Barmbek. As a Sales Associate for Fresh Produce, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and a wide selection of fresh and healthy products.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Management: You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and presentation of our fresh produce, including fruits and vegetables.
- Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers about our products.
- Inventory Management: You will be responsible for receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as conducting inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Store Appearance: You will maintain the appearance of our store, including the produce department, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements
- Education: You have a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably a degree in a related field such as business or hospitality.
- Experience: You have previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the grocery industry.
- Skills: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability: You are available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
