About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our Sea Freight team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving our sea freight processes to achieve maximum efficiency and quality.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve process quality and efficiency
  • Analyze, define, and design requirements and business cases for IT handover
  • Work closely with product owners for audits, process reviews, training, and governance
  • Define KPIs with product owners and monitor compliance
  • Train and coach end-users, including developing sea freight training content and methodology
  • Manage projects and support overarching topics in sea freight, as well as sea freight reporting for performance and financial data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define operational and/or overlapping process standards
Your Profile
  • Completed studies in business administration, (business) informatics, industrial engineering, digital business, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Experience in dealing with transport management systems (CargoWise) is an advantage
  • Passionate about process improvements and digitalization initiatives, with experience in process modeling and control
  • Ability to accompany the implementation of change and improvement processes
  • Understanding of interrelationships and process chains, preferably from previous activities in logistics
  • Process- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey knowledge clearly and work effectively in a team
  • Analytical mindset and independent, structured working style
  • Very good German and English skills
