Job Title: Business Process Manager Seafreight

As a key member of the Product Management, Operations, and IT teams, the Business Process Manager Seafreight plays a crucial role in driving process improvements and digitalization initiatives within the sea freight department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative solutions to enhance process quality and efficiency
  • Analyze, define, and design requirements and business cases for IT handover
  • Collaborate with product owners for audits, process reviews, training, and governance
  • Define KPIs with product owners and monitor compliance
  • Train and coach end-users, developing sea freight training content and methodology
  • Manage projects and support overarching sea freight topics, including performance and financial data reporting
  • Work with stakeholders to define operational and overlapping process standards
Requirements:
  • Studies in business administration, informatics, industrial engineering, digital business, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience
  • Experience with transport management systems (CargoWise) is a plus
  • Passion for process improvements and digitalization initiatives, with experience in process modeling and control
  • Ability to accompany change and improvement processes
  • Understanding of interrelationships and process chains, preferably from logistics activities
  • Process- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey knowledge clearly and work in a team
  • Analytical mindset and independent, structured working style
  • Very good German and English skills
