Client Relationship Manager in Software Sales

usedSoft is a leader in the second-hand software market, providing used licenses that can be significantly more affordable than new purchases. As the first B2B provider in Europe to offer pre-owned software licenses since 2003, we integrate modern e-commerce with traditional sales methods.

We invite you to join our dynamic sales team as a full-time member. In this role, you will take charge of cultivating and managing your own customer portfolio throughout Europe. We especially encourage applications from individuals who are native speakers of any official European language to enhance our international team.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

  • Engaging in active B2B sales of software products
  • Providing personalized consultation to support and grow your customer base, including customer retention and recovery efforts
  • Independently sourcing and nurturing new clients across Europe
  • Preparing and managing quotes and proposals, ensuring successful follow-through
  • Maintaining accurate customer information within our CRM system
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in an official European language, preferably at a native level (both spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in English and German (both spoken and written)
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in active sales, preferably in a B2B context
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a passion for your work
  • Goal-oriented and proactive approach
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and other standard software applications
