Als Regional Sales Manager (w/m/d) im neuen Vertriebsteam für Verteilungstransformatoren treiben Sie mit Leidenschaft, Engagement, Kreativität und Innovation unsere gemeinsamen Geschäftsziele voran und arbeiten mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens zusammen.

Sie sind verantwortlich für das Wachstum der Verkaufszahlen in Ihrer Region und konzentrieren sich auf die Entwicklung und Erweiterung der Kundenbasis. Durch Ihre Marktkenntnisse und das Verständnis von Markttrends tragen Sie zur Gesamtvertriebsstrategie bei und setzen diese erfolgreich in Ihrer Region um, unterstützt durch Ihr Netzwerk und die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fabriken.

Diese Rolle erfordert strategisches Denken, starke Geschäftskompetenz, exzellente zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein tiefes Verständnis von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten.

Was Sie tun werden

  • Entwickeln und umsetzen effektiver Vertriebsstrategien für die zugewiesene Region, um Verkaufsziele in Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Produktentwicklung und anderen Abteilungen zu erreichen
  • Generieren von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, Management von Angebots- und Preisstrategien mit den Fabriken, Führen von Kundenverhandlungen, Übergabe an die Fabriken, Gewinn-/Verlustanalyse
  • Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu potenziellen Kunden und Partnern in verschiedenen Ländern und Branchen
  • Koordination der Agenten in der Region, Festlegung von Geschäftszielen und Sicherstellung, dass diese Ziele erreicht werden
  • Auf dem Laufenden bleiben über Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten, um unsere Produkte oder Dienstleistungen besser zu positionieren und wichtige Kunden entsprechend zu beraten
  • Präsentation von Vorschlägen, Strategien und Fortschrittsberichten effektiv an Stakeholder und Leitung von Schulungsprogrammen und Workshops intern und extern
  • Das Schwerpunktland in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich ist: Deutschland

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in Sales
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and financial acumen
  • Strong knowledge of distribution transformers, regional markets, and industries, including understanding of market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed, proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools, and besides excellent English capabilities, further languages beneficial to communicate in the assigned region are appreciated
