About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistic Support Analysis Engineer to join our team in Hennigsdorf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying performance allocation in compliance with DFS targets, defining maintenance plans and designing LSA elements, and managing LSA activities to deliver QCD commitments.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify performance allocation in compliance with DFS targets
  • Define maintenance plans and design LSA elements (MTA, LCC, LORA, RCM)
  • Define spare parts and validate support solutions
  • Manage LSA team in tender or project
  • Manage LSA activities to deliver QCD commitments
  • Write LSA Management plan
  • Ensure technical interfaces with RS, Components, Signaling and Infra teams
  • Ensure DFS is correctly applied on Sub System (Component Site)
  • Manage Definition of Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in consistency with Design Engineering BOM definition
  • Elaborate maintenance plan and LCC calculations
  • Manage relationship with sourcing for ISR requirement clauses linked to sourcing concern
  • Ensure the LSA database (ILS PDM) is defined and completed correctly

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in ILS/LCC in related industries
  • Mechanical or electrical engineering master's degree
  • Fluent German – business speaking
  • Good English – technical communication
  • Enjoy Data Analysis and optimization
  • Capable of Supplier management and challenges in order to get optimal results
