About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistic Support Analysis Engineer to join our team in Hennigsdorf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rail mobility systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of our rail systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Manage and optimize spare parts inventory to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
  • Validate support solutions and maintenance documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Capitalise data in our central ISR repository to inform business decisions
  • Lead and manage LSA teams in tender or project environments
  • Develop and implement LSA management plans to ensure QCD commitments are met
  • Ensure technical interfaces with RS, Components, Signaling and Infra teams are maintained
  • Apply DFS principles to ensure correct application on Sub System (Component Site)
  • Collect and consider REX to inform business decisions
  • Define and manage Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in consistency with Design Engineering BOM definition
  • Elaborate maintenance plans and LCC calculations to optimize performance
  • Manage relationships with sourcing for ISR requirements
  • Ensure LSA database is defined and completed correctly
  • Validate content of technical maintenance documentation and training toolkit
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. If you have a strong background in ILS/LCC and a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, we encourage you to apply. Fluency in German and good English communication skills are also essential.
