Project Planning Opportunity

**Job Title:** Project Planner - Wind Energy

**Location:** Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid)

**Job Type:** Full-time Freelance Contract

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled, freelance Project Planner with experience in the Offshore Wind sector to collaborate with our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, particularly in the early stages of wind energy projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of project requirements, risks, and constraints.
* Utilise P6 to create, maintain, and update project master schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
* Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
* Coordinate with senior stakeholders to present dashboard project data, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or relevant work experience.
* Proven experience as a Project Planner.
* Experience in the offshore sector, ideally wind energy.
* Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with a focus on early project stages.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 software for project planning and scheduling.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
* Fluency in written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
