Filmpark Babelsberg GmbH is seeking an experienced Event Technology Specialist (m/f/d) to enhance our team in a vibrant and creative setting. As a key player in our entertainment hub, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic realm of event management, delivering remarkable experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning, organization, and execution of various events
  • Installation and dismantling of event technology equipment
  • Conducting inspections of technical facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Leading and coordinating technical personnel, providing guidance to event staff
  • Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of maintenance and repair tasks for technical systems
  • Acquisition of new technical equipment and supplies
  • Reviewing and approving stage setups, decorations, and emergency exit arrangements
  • Operating vehicles, forklifts, electric carts, and aerial work platforms
Required Qualifications
  • Certified master in event technology with a focus on stage/studio or lighting
  • Fundamental knowledge of lighting systems, personnel management, event safety, cost estimation, and sound technology
  • In-depth understanding of stage, electrical, and event technology
  • Comfortable working at heights; certification for operating work platforms is a plus
  • Relevant professional experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to think across disciplines
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in the German language
