About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our User Service team at Mittelbrandenburgische Sparkasse. As a key member of our First Level Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and network protocols
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
