About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Supply Chain Management Leader to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our Supply Chain & Logistics department, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and innovation across our supply chain processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a digital vision and roadmap for our supply chain processes, leveraging advanced technologies to improve efficiency and real-time visibility.
  • Define and prioritize business cases, epics, and technology solutions to drive business growth and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop technology solutions that meet our needs.
  • Facilitate the implementation and integration of technology solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Ensure training, support, and documentation are provided to ensure successful technology adoption.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management, digital transformation, and technology innovation. Your profile should include:

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Technology, or a related field.
  • Expertise in agile and scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of and experience with SAP, DOMS, TMS, WMS, Planning, and Jira.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing international teams.
