Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems and applications are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure
    • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems
  • System Administration
    • Administer and maintain enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including PSI WMS, SAP, and Lotus Notes
    • Manage and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and technical specifications

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and system administration
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent technical skills, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
