Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Homaris. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our team on-site and be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our properties
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of technical equipment and systems
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance of our properties
  • Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Monitor and maintain the security and safety of our properties
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
Requirements
  • Relevant trade or technical qualification and experience in maintenance and facilities management
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality maintenance services and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations
  • Fluent German language skills, with a minimum of B2 level
