Key Responsibilities:
  • Professional and organizational management of the nursing area in support of the Nursing Service Manager
  • Ensuring high-quality care and assistance for residents
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the nursing sector
  • Managing staff deployment and restructuring to cover absences due to illness or other reasons
  • Responsibility for and involvement in the implementation of nursing processes
Requirements:
  • Completed training as a nursing professional
  • Leadership-related further education of at least 460 hours according to §80 SGB XI
  • Knowledge of quality management and familiarity with legal frameworks in nursing
  • Strong communication and team skills, as well as the ability to assert yourself
  • Good IT skills
