Job Description

As a Service Technician for Biogas Plants, you will be part of our team responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of biogas plants in southern and eastern Germany. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our biogas facilities, which are designed to produce renewable energy from organic waste.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on biogas plant equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and fault diagnosis to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure efficient plant operation and maintenance
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and optimize plant performance
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledge of biogas plant operations and maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
