Job Overview: Sales Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Regional Sales Director for Europe in optimizing the sales processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Regional Sales Director in organizing and managing sales activities across the region.
- Develop agendas, presentations, and various business documents for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare for customer meetings by creating necessary documentation and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Conduct analyses and support the development of related tools to drive sales effectiveness.
- Gather and evaluate strategic market data to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate travel arrangements in partnership with Travel Management.
- Manage approval workflows utilizing leading systems such as ATOSS, Concur, SAP S/4 HANA, and DOCUframe.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate seamless sales operations.
- Plan and assist with trade show participation and subsequent follow-up activities.
- Generate and maintain reports for sales management to track performance and progress.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial education is required.
- Several years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in business English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong organizational capabilities are essential.
- Basic understanding of contract law is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both clear and precise.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and MS Notes.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
