Position Overview:

This full-time role is initially offered on a temporary basis for 6 months, providing an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process incoming customer orders and handle return merchandise authorizations (RMA) independently
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, assisting the team leader with order management and service agreements, while effectively communicating delivery timelines
  • Conduct prompt invoice checks and generate necessary reports
  • Actively engage in the implementation of a new ERP system

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training, ideally as an IT System Sales Specialist, Industrial Clerk, or in Wholesale and Foreign Trade
  • Hands-on experience in order processing, preferably within the IT or technology sectors
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP R/3
  • Fluent in German with strong English language skills
