We are seeking a skilled Production Plant Technician to join our team at I. K. Hofmann. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repair work on machines and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Identify and resolve technical issues on machines and production equipment to minimize disruptions
- Assemble and disassemble machine components and parts according to technical specifications
- Perform welding on metal parts and structures to ensure high-quality results
- Conduct turning, milling, and drilling on metal parts to meet precise technical requirements
- Order and manage spare parts for maintenance of various machines and equipment
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, industrial fitter, or similar technical profession
- Experience in maintaining production facilities and machines is highly desirable
- Excellent command of German language
- Proficiency in welding, turning, milling, and drilling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Understanding of technical processes and machinery operations
