Production Operator (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently preparing and dispensing colors and coatings based on established formulas and production guidelines into various containers.
• Operating both semi-automatic and fully automated production machinery, including computer-controlled filling systems.
• Overseeing and documenting the entire production workflow.
• Cleaning, setting up, and maintaining production and filling equipment while assisting in troubleshooting when necessary.
• Complying with legal and internal standards, particularly regarding workplace safety and environmental protection.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Proficient in the German language.
• Open to shift work.
• Exhibits a diligent, self-sufficient work approach with a strong sense of reliability and accountability.
• Enjoys collaborating within a team setting.
