Production Operator (m/f/d)

Location: Siegburg

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently mixing and filling colors and paints in accordance with established recipes and operational standards into various containers.
• Operating both semi-automatic and fully automated production systems, including PC-controlled filling systems.
• Monitoring and documenting the entire production process to ensure quality and compliance.
• Cleaning, preparing, and maintaining production and filling equipment, while assisting in troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensuring adherence to legal and internal regulations, particularly those related to occupational safety and environmental protection.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production environment is advantageous.
• Proficient in the German language.
• Willingness to work in shifts is essential.
• Exhibits a conscientious and independent work ethic, demonstrating a high level of reliability and responsibility.
• Enjoys collaborating within a team setting.
