Job Mission:

We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Project Leader to support the growth of our Automotive Market segment. As part of our team, you will lead different types of projects in line with our automotive strategy roadmap, focusing on new product development and adaptation, new applications, and raw material innovation.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute innovation projects to develop new polyamide solutions for automotive applications, proactively or in response to identified market needs.
  • Organize project team meetings and reviews, defining project deliverables, lead times, and resources, and capitalizing project information in reporting tools.
  • Support customers facing teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical expectations, and present new developed solutions.
  • Develop technical support and expertise for addressing new applications and technologies, working closely with Application Development Managers.
  • Participate in raw material surveys and support the raw material manager and purchasing team on the homologation of new raw materials.
  • Support other regions on topics linked to new local product development, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Your Profile:
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in polymer science, material science, or chemistry.
  • Good knowledge of polymer properties, technical plastics formulation, and analysis techniques.
  • Experience in plastics formulation for injection molding and project lead roles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
