Unsere Anforderungen

  • Definition von Ressourcen und Durchführung von Projekten mit Schwerpunkt auf Synergien, Harmonisierung und Automatisierung
  • Teilnahme an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines detaillierten Projektplans und einer detaillierten Aufgabenliste. Dokumentieren der Fortschritte, Erkennen von Risiken und Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
  • Formalisierung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen mit der IT und operative Unterstützung der Business-Teams
  • Stakeholder-Management: Animieren und Motivieren aller Projektteilnehmer mit unterschiedlichstem Hintergrund und Erfahrungsstand
  • Erkennen von Unterstützungsbedarf der Projektteilnehmer und Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen wie bspw. Trainings, Aufbau fachlicher Kenntnisse, operativer Support, um den Projekterfolg zu sichern
  • Berücksichtigung von unternehmensinternen und externen Best Practices sowie Ableitung und Implementierung entsprechender Prozesse
  • Verfolgen der Projektleistung sowie Bewertung der Methodologien, um Verbesserungen vorzuschlagen
  • Koordinierung, Planung und Durchführung von SAP-Tests

Unser Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik/Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in der Supply Chain
  • Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Supply Chain
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP und idealerweise KEPLER (Salesforce Service)
  • analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zu verschiedensten Mitarbeitergruppen und Hierarchien/Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an Neuem/Veränderungen
  • positive Einstellung, Can-Do-Mindset und Bereitschaft, für den Projekterfolg alle notwendige Art von Tätigkeiten zu übernehmen
  • Belastbarkeit, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
