Teaching Opportunity at IU Internationale Hochschule

We are seeking a qualified Academic Lecturer in International Management to join our team at IU Internationale Hochschule. As a Lecturer, you will contribute to our academic world by teaching specific subjects in the field of International Management, such as Internet of Things, Product Development in Industry 4.0, Manufacturing Methods Industry 4.0, Data Utilization and Design Thinking.

Your Responsibilities
  • Cover specific subjects in the field of International Management
  • Prepare students for their professional career by answering their questions and providing guidance
  • Lead courses and tutorials on-site in German and English during the lecture period
  • Design courses using high-quality learning material provided by us
  • Create and grade assessments, and design and evaluate teaching material
Your Qualifications
  • Completed master's degree or a doctorate in the field of International Management or a related discipline
  • Practical work experience in the relevant field and subject, particularly with knowledge in business and management with focus on (global) information technology & communication
  • Strong interest in innovative, digital and modern education, and enjoy working with students
  • Reside permanently in Germany
  • German language skills at the C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
