Frauenhabenpower is a leading event and exhibition company that specializes in bringing together women's talents and renowned businesses, institutions, and universities. Our mission is to provide a platform for women to access general professional orientation, training, and information offerings from selected universities, institutions, organizations, and companies.

Our Event

Our annual event, Shine Female Business Summit, takes place in Munich and aims to provide women with access to various professional opportunities, training, and information. We carefully select our exhibitors and partners to ensure they align with our mission and offer unique programs and opportunities for women.

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time and commission-based basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, particularly in event and exhibition sales, or be a motivated and enthusiastic newcomer to the field.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales conversations with new and existing customers
  • Manage and maintain data in our CRM system
  • Participate in our weekly meetings and work collaboratively with our team
  • Contribute to the development of the Shine Female Business Summit

Requirements

  • Female empowerment is a key concern for you, just as it is for us
  • You have experience in sales, particularly in event and exhibition sales, or are a motivated and enthusiastic newcomer to the field
  • You enjoy and are motivated by active sales
  • You conduct sales conversations in German (English is an asset)
  • You are proficient in common office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (w4all)
