Your Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for our major clients regarding operational service delivery and escalation matters.
- Manage changes and smaller projects for existing clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of incidents, service requests, and changes to ensure compliance with SLAs, reporting findings in service meetings.
- Ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and share your insights.

- A completed education in IT or a related field, along with relevant professional experience.
