EHS & Nachhaltigkeit Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Aufbau und Koordination der internen EHS & Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie auf globaler Ebene in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sustainability- und EHS Team im Siemens Mobility Business.
- Implementierung unseres EHS&SUS-Konzepts für die Business Unit und Koordination des DEGREE-Rahmenwerks, sowie Vorbereitung gesetzlich geforderter Berichte und Sicherstellung korrekter Daten für interne und externe Berichterstattung (z.B. EU-Taxonomie, Energieeffizienzgesetz, CSRD, CSR, ecovadis, ESG).
- Vertretung einzelner Aspekte der Themen EHS und SUS innerhalb des Geschäftsbereiches, um sicherzustellen, dass diese bei Entscheidungen berücksichtigt werden.
- Förderung des Netzwerks innerhalb der Business Unit, insbesondere in den Bereichen Instandhaltung, Einkauf, Ersatzteile, Logistik und Product Lifecycle Management.
- Verwaltung der Erfassung und Berichterstattung von KPIs sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter ISO-Zertifizierungen (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Abteilungs-, Angebots-, Projekt- und Standortleitern, der Real Estate und unseren Service Managern.
- Überwachung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Umweltperformance und Nachhaltigkeit.
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Umweltschutz, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarem Fachgebiet.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Umwelt- und Sicherheitsstandards (z.B. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke.
- Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative.
