Job Summary:

Centre People Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on legal issues related to commercial and business law.
  • Review and analyze contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and monitor Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements and support internal departments in implementing these requirements.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of our compliance management system and company-wide compliance regulations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive legal register, including conducting risk assessments for new laws and issues.
  • Monitor new legal requirements and ensure our company remains compliant.
  • Correspond with external consultants and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commercial law or business administration with a legal focus or comparable.
  • Good knowledge of the German and European legal system and regulations.
  • Initial experience during studies in the area of compliance and ESG is desirable.
  • Very good understanding of economic contexts.
  • Native-level knowledge of German and fluent written and spoken English.
  • Very good self-organization and precise working methods.
  • Strong communication skills and high social skills.
