Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Betriebsingenieur to join our team at OSB AG, focusing on the assembly of new airframe programs. This role involves a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our production capabilities and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Procurement: Engage in the strategic planning, acquisition, and setup of a new assembly line.
  • Budget Management: Ensure compliance with financial plans and timelines during procurement initiatives, optimizing layout and space for efficient production flow.
  • Logistics Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of logistics strategies, alongside the introduction of relevant technical processes and compliance regulations.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Drive improvements across departments, from component production to final assembly, addressing industrial considerations in design and program execution.
  • Quality Assurance Liaison: Serve as a key contact for Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, and Program Quality, focusing on process management and application.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate on the adoption of innovative technologies for upcoming helicopter programs.
  • Project Management: Independently manage smaller projects or sub-projects, defining and enhancing production and industrialization processes, methodologies, and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in work preparation, material procurement, production planning, project management, and technical documentation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with detailed knowledge of SAP; experience with Catia, Delmia, and Windchill is preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong negotiation skills in German and fluency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
