Balenciaga Department Head
We are currently in search of a Department Head who will report directly to the Store Manager for our establishment.
Your Role
The Department Head is responsible for fostering a client-centric approach within their teams to ensure the achievement of both quantitative and qualitative objectives set for the department. Acting as a brand ambassador, they will proactively engage in sales strategies aligned with the directives established by the Store Director. They will play a crucial role in the development of their team by leading, inspiring, and coaching members to meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth:
Implement strategic action plans in collaboration with HQ and the Store Director, ensuring consistent follow-up. Regularly assess business performance using corporate reports. Set specific quantitative and qualitative objectives for the department team(s). Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Store Manager or team. Cultivate relationships with Inventory and Buying stakeholders to communicate needs effectively. Monitor the competitive landscape and local market trends. Keep the store team updated on overall Store performance.Team Leadership and Development:
Foster a positive work environment that aligns with Balenciaga's values. Collaborate with Recruitment and HR to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. Inspire and challenge the team to achieve business results and enhance job satisfaction. Assist the Store Manager in building a motivated and knowledgeable team in the fashion and luxury sectors.Brand Advocacy:
Serve as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture both internally and externally. Ensure the Balenciaga Signature and Client experience are consistently delivered. Manage the recruitment and retention of clients across various engagement levels.Operational Excellence:
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal guidelines. Plan team schedules on a weekly and monthly basis, communicating these to the Store Manager. Continuously evaluate and enhance current processes for efficiency.Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Business: sales density, conversion rate, units per transaction, cross-selling rate, total transactions. Team: sales productivity, training completion rates, turnover rates, absence levels. Client: local retention rates, customer engagement scores, recruitment rates, regained clients, prospects, retention rates. Process: CRM, omnichannel strategies, back-office operations.Ideal Candidate Profile
