Job Description

Aviation Industry Personnel SERVICES GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Quality Manager to join their team in Hamburg. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain and quality aspects of the contract, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with certifications and regulations
  • Evaluate suppliers during the offer phase and contribute to the selection decision
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance, implementing recovery plans as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of procured goods and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and quality
Requirements:
  • Technical degree in a relevant field, such as logistics or supply chain management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management
  • Excellent knowledge of KVP, process management, risk management, and total quality management
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and SAP
  • Fluent German and English language skills
