About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Foundry Runtime & Core Team Developer to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining the corresponding services running in a cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud development, with experience in Python, Golang, or Ruby. Familiarity with agile methods, test-driven development, continuous integration, and pair programming is also essential. Additionally, experience with BASH, HTTP, and SQL is required. Cloud development or distributed systems experience and knowledge of cloud platforms such as SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud is a plus.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about automating everything and has a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies. The successful candidate will be part of a highly collaborative team that values continuous learning, helping each other, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain services running in a cloud environment
  • Collaborate with teams across the globe to ensure seamless integration and delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices
  • Contribute to open-source projects and ensure the BTP Cloud Foundry Platform runs stably and reliably

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • Good knowledge in Python, Golang, or Ruby
  • Familiarity with agile methods, test-driven development, continuous integration, and pair programming
  • Experience with BASH, HTTP, and SQL
  • Cloud development or distributed systems experience and knowledge of cloud platforms
