Technical Solutions Engineer

- Erster Ansprechpartner für technische Klärungen, Beratung und Unterstützung bei Projektanfragen.
- Technische Anlaufstelle für Kunden, Vertrieb und interne Abteilungen bei komplexen Anfragen und Anwendungen im Bereich von Glasfaserkabeln, -systemen und Verbindungslösungen.
- Frühzeitige Unterstützung in Design, Planung und Projektmanagement während des Angebotsprozesses.
- Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung der marktspezifischen Produkt- und Lösungsstrategie sowie Unterstützung bei der Markteinführung neuer Produkte.
- Beitrag zum Qualitätsmanagement durch prozessbezogene Problemlösungen.
- Verbindungsstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertriebsorganisation, Hauptsitz und Produktionsstätten.
- Organisation und Durchführung technischer Schulungen für Vertriebsmitarbeiter sowie Unterstützung bei Kundenseminaren.
- Teilnahme und Unterstützung bei Messen, Ausstellungen und Verbandsaktivitäten.
- Marktanalyse zur Identifizierung von Trends und Wettbewerbsbedingungen.
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für Kundenprojekte und deren profitable Durchführung.
- Unterstützung im Angebotsmanagement bei Projektanfragen.
- Erfolgreiche Umsetzung anspruchsvoller und komplexer Kundenprojekte, auch im internationalen Kontext, unter Berücksichtigung des Projektbudgets.
- Abschluss als Bachelor oder Master in Elektro-, Nachrichten- oder Informationstechnik oder eine gleichwertige technische Ausbildung.
- Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im Bereich Rechenzentren, insbesondere in Bezug auf Glasfaser-Verteilsysteme.
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie zielorientiertes und lösungsfokussiertes Denken.
- Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Exzellente Planungs- und Umsetzungsfähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office.
