We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Specialist to join our Global Tax Reporting Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all tax-related issues in accounting and reporting, ensuring alignment of tax reporting on local and consolidation levels, and preparing tax-related sections in interim and annual reports.
Your Key Responsibilities- Handle all tax-related issues in accounting and reporting, including quarterly tax closings and preparation of tax sections in external and internal reports.
- Ensure alignment of tax reporting on local and consolidation levels, and prepare tax-related sections in interim and annual reports.
- Support complex projects regarding tax reporting topics, especially relating to M&A transactions and the implementation of the Pillar Two - Global Minimum Tax.
- Minimum 4+ years of working experience in international tax consulting or tax function of a multinational company, preferably with a focus on tax accounting and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of tax accounting and reporting in accordance with IFRS, and preferably knowledge of international tax law.
- University degree in business studies, and preferably a qualified Tax Advisor/CTA/CPA or comparable qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under time pressure.
- Fluency in German and English, and ideally IT skills with a focus on digital work processes and solutions.
Our Global Tax team covers a broad range of tax-related topics, including tax returns, tax audits, group reorganizations, transfer pricing, and various tax reporting duties. We collaborate closely with Corporate Financial Reporting, Global Controlling, Global Treasury, and Global Legal to ensure seamless execution of our tax strategies and planning.
