Als Teil des internationalen Energieunternehmens Uniper hast Du die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der Energiewende mitzuwirken. Wir suchen nach einem motivierten Werkstudenten (w/m/d) in den Bereichen Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik, Architektur oder Immobilienverwaltung, der sich für die Herausforderungen des Facility Managements und der Immobilienverwaltung begeistert.

**Deine Aufgaben**

  • Digitalisierung und Datenintegration: Du wirst an der Entwicklung von Systemgestützten Reportings und Auswertungen arbeiten, um die Effizienz unserer Prozesse zu steigern.
  • Facility Management und Immobilienverwaltung: Du wirst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer ESG-Standards und der Erweiterung unserer standardisierten Dienstleistungsbeschreibungen für Anlagen und Einrichtungen arbeiten.
  • Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit: Du wirst an der Arbeit an der Beschaffungsstrategie für Immobilien und der Hilfe bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Standards arbeiten.

**Deine Qualifikationen**

  • Ein Studium in den Bereichen Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik, Architektur oder Immobilienverwaltung.
  • Erfahrung durch erste Praktika im Bereich Real Estate Management oder Facility Management.
  • Kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team.
  • Sicheres und offenes Auftreten.
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Erfahrung mit MS Office.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2).
