Your Role
As an apprentice baker, you will be responsible for:
- Mixing and kneading dough to perfection
- Shaping and baking bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Operating and maintaining bakery equipment
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and quality control
- Contributing to the development of new recipes and products
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have a strong interest in baking and a passion for creating delicious treats
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Be reliable, responsible, and flexible
- Have good knowledge of German language and grammar
