Job Responsibilities

• Mix and knead dough to create a variety of bread and pastry products
• Shape and bake bread, rolls, and other baked goods
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and quality control
• Contribute to the development of new recipes and products

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (minimum Hauptschulabschluss)
• Previous experience in a bakery or related field is an asset
• Strong interest in baking and passion for creating delicious treats
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Good written and verbal German language skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
